Did you know that our health is comprised by a number of factors, and not just the food we eat? Our careers, relationships, physical activity, and a variety of other elements also play a big role in our overall health and well-being. Throughout our journey together we will take some time to reflect on all areas of your health and wellness!

Step 1: Free Initial Consultation 

I’d love to hear your story! Whether we’re chatting over FaceTime or a cup of coffee, in this free session we will talk through how you feel about your current health and lifestyle. Rest assured, by signing up for an initial consultation you are not locked into anything!

Step 2: Let’s get to work!

During our time together, here are some of the things you can expect from me as your health coach:

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month for six months

  • Email support between sessions

  • Simple healthy recipes

  • Resources specific to your needs and goals

What is a Health Coach? 

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is trained to educate and guide clients to make behavioral changes for improved nutrition, dietary habits, physical ability, and overall greater health and wellness.
